These terms govern your use of the Verena app and the website verena.se (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use the Service for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it by unauthorized means, or reverse engineer it except where permitted by law.
If the Service requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of any content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service.
Pre-release versions of the app, including builds distributed via TestFlight, may contain errors, may change without notice, and may lose data. Do not rely on them for anything critical.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
